The Official Way To Download Instagram Reels
Instagram has introduced the ability to download Reels from public accounts to all users globally. The feature was first introduced in July in the US and is now available to users everywhere. However, Instagram has offered users the option to control who can download their reels from the account privacy settings within the app. That said, if a creator has allowed the reel download from their account, you can download the reels and save it on your phone or tablet.
If you are planning to download reels from a public account, we’ve put together comprehensive details about it in this article along with a step-by-step guide on how to do it.
Important information

The reels can only be downloaded from public Instagram profiles. Account options allow creators to allow or ban downloads of their reels. The downloaded reels include an Instagram watermark, username, and audio attribution. Downloads of reels are only for personal use and not for commercial purpose. Instagram users under the age of 18 have the download option disabled by default.
