Nothing Phone (3) Launch Confirmed for July 1, 2025

Here’s your simplified and more digestible After months of teasers and speculation, Nothing has officially confirmed that the Phone (3) will be launched on July 1, 2025. This is a big deal for the London-based brand, as it marks their first true flagship phone, aiming to compete with top-tier Android devices.

The launch will take place at 6 PM London time, which means:

• 10 AM in Los Angeles

• 1 PM in New York

• 7 PM in Central Europe

• 10:30 PM in India

• 5 PM in Nigeria (WAT)

The event will be live-streamed on Nothing’s official website and YouTube channel, so fans around the world can tune in.

Unlike the previous Phone (1) and Phone (2), which were more affordable and had mid-range specs, the Phone (3) is expected to offer high-end features and performance. This shift shows that Nothing wants to compete directly with brands like Samsung and OnePlus.

The phone has already been teased on social media, where we got a sneak peek at what looks like a big change in design. One of the most noticeable differences is the removal of the Glyph LED interface on the back—a signature feature of Nothing’s earlier phones. Instead, the Phone (3) will likely come with a new dot-matrix LED display that offers more customization and functionality, like displaying alerts or animations.

What’s Inside the Phone (3)?

Nothing hasn’t officially revealed the full specs yet, but leaks suggest the phone will have top-tier hardware. The chipset, however, is still a mystery. Some sources believe it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the same chip used in the Galaxy S24 Ultra and OnePlus 12. But other rumors say it might use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Elite Edition instead.

Whatever the final choice, it’s clear that the Phone (3) will be a powerful device, expected to handle gaming, multitasking, and AI features easily—just like any other flagship in its price range.

Here are the rumored specs:

• Display: 6.77-inch LTPO AMOLED

• Resolution: 1.5K, 120Hz refresh rate

• Peak Brightness: Up to 3,000 nits

• Rear Camera: Triple setup with a 50MP main sensor

• Front Camera: 32MP selfie lens

• Battery: 5,000mAh

• Charging: 100W wired and 50W wireless

• Operating System: Nothing OS (likely based on Android 15)

These upgrades, along with a transparent design, place the Phone (3) in direct competition with major Android flagships.

Price, Variants, and Other Products

According to recent leaks, the Phone (3) will come in two configurations:

• 12GB RAM + 256GB storage – around $799 / ₹60,000

• 16GB RAM + 512GB storage – around $899 / ₹70,000

That pricing makes it slightly cheaper than the OnePlus 13 but close enough to suggest that Nothing is serious about playing in the big leagues. The phone is expected to launch globally, including a full release in the U.S. for the first time, and will likely come in Black and White color options.

In addition to the Phone (3), Nothing is also working on its first over-ear headphones, called Nothing Headphone (1). These aren’t expected at the July 1 event but are rumored to launch later in September 2025 for around $299.
