Samsung Galaxy S25 to Be Released in South Korea on February 7, 2025.

Samsung is set to unveil its highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series, with the official announcement expected during the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22, 2025. The event is shaping up to be a milestone for Samsung, introducing not only the next-generation flagship smartphones but also innovative features aimed at redefining mobile technology.

According to recent leaks, the Galaxy S25 series will be available for pre-order starting January 24, 2025, just two days after its announcement. The pre-order period is likely to end on February 3, 2025, with the phones hitting store shelves in South Korea on February 7, 2025. Although release dates for other regions haven’t been officially confirmed, Samsung typically aligns its global rollout closely with its home market. For instance, the Galaxy S24 was available globally just a few days after its South Korean debut.

Industry insiders speculate that the Galaxy S25 series could see a price hike compared to its predecessors. This potential increase may reflect the introduction of advanced hardware and AI-driven features. Samsung’s decision to equip all Galaxy S25 variants with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a globally unified processor, underscores the company’s commitment to delivering consistent performance across markets.

Design and Hardware

The Galaxy S25 series is expected to bring several notable upgrades, including:

-Slim Design: A rumored addition is the Galaxy S25 “Slim,” a sub-7mm thin phone, which could redefine slim flagship devices if the reports hold true.

-Enhanced Camera Capabilities: The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to feature a 50MP ultrawide camera, a significant upgrade from the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s 12MP ultrawide sensor. This improvement, combined with the flagship’s existing camera prowess, could make it a leader in mobile photography.

-High RAM Variants: The Galaxy S25 Ultra will reportedly offer up to 16GB RAM for its 512GB and 1TB storage models, making it a powerhouse for multitasking and storage-intensive applications.
