Motorola X50 Specs

The anticipation surrounding the Motorola X50 Ultra is reaching its peak, with enthusiasts eagerly awaiting its imminent launch. While the device isn’t quite ready to hit the shelves, recent developments have shed light on its features and specifications, thanks to a comprehensive listing by the Chinese certification authority, TENAA.

Akin to its international counterpart, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, the X50 Ultra is tailored for the Chinese market and boasts some additional functionalities, prominently featuring AI capabilities in its marketing campaigns.

Captivating live photos showcased by TENAA unveil the sleek black variant of the device, wrapped in vegan leather (dubbed Forest Gray in Western markets), hinting at a premium aesthetic. Dimensionally, the X50 Ultra measures 161.0 x 72.4 x 8.5mm and weighs a modest 197g, closely resembling the Edge 50 Ultra in form factor.

Under the hood, both models are driven by the robust Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and house a formidable 4,500mAh battery (rated at 4,365mAh), supplemented by blazing-fast 125W wired charging. While 50W wireless charging is expected, this particular detail was omitted from the recent listing.

Setting itself apart, the X50 Ultra boasts a captivating curved 6.7-inch OLED display on the front, complemented by a distinctive 3x periscope lens configuration on the rear, housing a 64MP sensor for unparalleled photography experiences.

Moreover, the Motorola X50 Ultra promises expanded memory options compared to its Edge counterpart, offering users a choice between 8GB, 12GB, 16GB, and even a staggering 18GB of RAM, coupled with storage capacities ranging from 128GB to a whopping 1TB.

Despite the buzz surrounding its impending release, Motorola is yet to disclose an official launch date for the X50 series. Rest assured, as further updates emerge, we’ll keep you informed, ensuring you stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic world of mobile technology.
