Vivo X200 FE and Vivo X Fold 5 Launch Timeline Revealed

Vivo is getting ready to launch two exciting smartphones in India soon—the Vivo X200 FE, a budget-friendly flagship, and the Vivo X Fold 5, a slim foldable with top-tier features. New leaks have given us a clear look at their colors, specs, and expected launch dates.

Everything About the Vivo X200 FE

The Vivo X200 FE has been showing up in leaks for a while now. Most recently, tipster Paras Guglani shared new details on X (formerly Twitter), revealing that the phone will come in four color options: Gray, Black, Pink, and Yellow. Earlier leaks had only mentioned Gray and Yellow.

The phone is expected to launch in India by late June 2025, and it’s likely a rebranded version of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini with similar specs and design.

The X200 FE is said to feature a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. This means sharp visuals and smooth scrolling. The phone will also have an under-display fingerprint scanner and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, making it both sleek and durable.

Under the hood, it might be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus or the Dimensity 9400e, both of which are powerful chips. There will likely be two versions:

– 12GB RAM + 256GB storage

– 16GB RAM + 512GB storage

This gives users plenty of memory for multitasking, gaming, or storing photos and videos.

Camera-wise, Vivo is going big. The rear will have a triple camera setup, all with 50MP sensors—a main camera, an ultra-wide lens, and a telephoto lens (possibly with 3x zoom). On the front, you get a sharp 50MP selfie camera in the center punch-hole.

The battery is another strong point. The X200 FE could pack a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging, so users won’t need to worry about running out of power during the day.

All You Need to Know About the Vivo X Fold 5

Alongside the X200 FE, the Vivo X Fold 5 is also getting ready for launch. According to the same tipster, the foldable is set to launch in India sometime between July and September 2025. This lines up with earlier leaks suggesting a July launch in China, followed by a global release.

The X Fold 5 is expected to be the slimmest foldable yet, measuring just 4.3mm when opened and 9.33mm when folded—a big leap in design for foldable phones.

It will have two high-quality AMOLED displays:

– A large 8.03-inch foldable inner screen with 2K+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate

– A 6.53-inch outer screen, also with a 120Hz refresh rate

Both screens are expected to support HDR, meaning better brightness and color for watching videos or playing games.

Inside, the foldable will run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, paired with 16GB RAM and up to 512GB of storage, making it one of the most powerful foldables around.

The camera setup includes three 50MP sensors—a wide, ultra-wide, and telephoto lens. It also has two 32MP front cameras (one on the outer screen and one on the inner), perfect for selfies or video calls in any mode.

Battery life should be solid too, with a 6,000mAh battery and support for 90W wired and 30W wireless charging.
