Honor to Launch Magic V3, Vs3, MagicPad 2, and MagicBook Art 14 on July 12

Honor has officially confirmed that it will hold a launch event on July 12 in China, unveiling several new products. The highly anticipated event will introduce the Magic V3 and Magic Vs3 foldable phones, the MagicPad 2 tablet, and the MagicBook Air 14 laptop.
Magic V3 Features and Expectations
The Magic V3 is expected to be a significant upgrade, featuring the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a larger battery. It is anticipated to support 5.5G cellular connectivity and two-way satellite communication. Additionally, according to its 3C certification, the device may support 66W fast charging. While other details remain under wraps, the Magic V3 is likely to be an ultra-thin foldable, potentially even thinner than its predecessor, the Magic V2, which has a 9.9mm thickness.
Confirmation from Honor CEO
Honor CEO George Zhao confirmed on Weibo that the Magic V3 would be launched in China on July 12. The event invite image hints at an unfolded Magic V3, reinforcing the expectation of an ultra-thin design. Zhao also mentioned that the Magic Vs3, MagicPad 2 tablet, and MagicBook Art 14 PC would debut at the event. The Magic Vs3 is anticipated to be a more affordable version of the Magic V3, similar to how the Vs2 was a slightly downgraded V2.
Global Launch Prospects
While the Magic V2 had a delayed global launch, debuting globally eight months after its Chinese release, it remains uncertain if the Magic V3 will follow a similar timeline. Honor has not yet provided details on a global launch, but hopes are high that the gap between the Chinese and global releases will be narrower this time.
