Vivo’s iQOO has added two new Neo smartphone models to its lineup: the iQOO Neo9 and the iQOO Neo9 Pro.

The iQOO Neo9 Pro is powered by a Dimensity 9300 SoC, runs Android 14-based OriginOS 4, and has up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone also includes a Q1 chip, which improves the gaming experience by providing a consistent frame rate. It also contains a 6043 mm2 VC liquid cooling chamber and a double-layer capillary power pump to aid in heat dissipation for long-term performance.

The Neo9 Pro has a 6.78″ 144Hz LTPO AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2,800×1,260 pixels, a peak brightness of 1,400 nits, and HDR10+ support. iQOO claims to have “wet hand control,” which allows users to operate the screen while wet or sweaty. A centered punch-hole for the 16MP selfie camera and a fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication are also included on the display.

We have a twin camera configuration in the rear with 50MP primary (with OIS) and 50MP ultrawide modules. These employ the same sensors as the primary and ultrawide cameras of the vivo X100. In addition, the iQOO Neo9 Pro has a 360o antenna design for improved signal reception and communication.

A 5,160 mAh battery with 120W charging capabilities powers the entire package. In addition, the iQOO Neo9 Pro has dual speakers, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.The iQOO Neo9 and iQOO Neo9 Pro are available in three colors: blue, black, and red-white, with the latter being thicker (8.34mm vs. 7.9mm) and heavier (196 g vs. 190 g).
