Google’s next big smartphone, the Pixel 10, is already making waves even before its official launch. Thanks to multiple leaks and real-world sightings, we now have a good idea of what to expect from the Pixel 10 lineup—which includes the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and the larger Pixel 10 Pro XL. These leaks show off new colors, improved cameras, a familiar design, and a brand-new AI photo feature.

The Pixel 10’s design looks very similar to last year’s Pixel 9 series. It keeps the clean look with slim bezels and a punch-hole selfie camera. The back still has the signature oval-shaped camera bar, which now seems slightly larger and raised. This bar houses the cameras and LED flash and gives the phone a unique look that stands out from other Android devices.

Interestingly, the Pixel 10 Pro was recently spotted during a commercial shoot on a public beach in Vancouver, Canada. It wasn’t even hidden—someone who passed by managed to get a close look at the phone and the storyboard used for the video shoot. This gave us a glimpse at some of the key features Google plans to promote, including a brand-new camera feature powered by AI.

One major upgrade is the triple-camera setup coming to the regular Pixel 10. Previously, only the Pro models had three cameras, but now Google is bringing that to the base model. While we don’t have all the camera specs yet, it likely means the Pixel 10 will include a wide, ultra-wide, and maybe even a telephoto or macro lens. This should give users a more versatile photography experience, even if they don’t buy the Pro version.

Color options are also getting a refresh. According to Mystic Leaks via Android Authority, the Pixel 10 will launch in four fun and bright colors:

• Obsidian (Black)

• Blue

• Iris (Purple)

• Limoncello (Yellow)

The Limoncello option is new and inspired by the Italian lemon liqueur. It’s a bold and eye-catching yellow that gives the phone a more playful and youthful vibe. In contrast, the more expensive Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL models will come in calmer, more traditional shades:

• Obsidian (Black)

• Sterling (Gray)

• Porcelain (White)

• Green

This contrast shows how Google is using color to appeal to different types of users—vibrant and fun for the base model, and more serious and elegant for the Pros. It’s worth noting that these colors are still unofficial and could change before launch.

Another exciting addition is a new AI camera tool called “Google Add Me.” This feature will allow people to add themselves into group photos after they’re taken. So if someone is behind the camera, they can still appear in the final image—something that could be super useful for group shots or travel photos. The feature is expected to use Google’s advanced AI to seamlessly place people into the scene.

Apart from the cameras and colors, Google might also improve the display this year. Rumors suggest the Pixel 10 series could come with PWM dimming and flicker reduction, which would make the screens easier on your eyes—especially when using the phone in low light or for long periods.

As for the launch date, Google usually releases its Pixel phones in October, but the Pixel 9 came out earlier than expected—in August 2024. If Google follows that new schedule, we could see the Pixel 10 series as early as August 2025.

So far, the leaks paint a picture of a phone that focuses on smart upgrades, refined design, better photography tools, and fresh color choices—without changing too much. If true, the Pixel 10 could be one of the most balanced and exciting releases Google has delivered in years.
